Our Services.
Frequent questions.
-
We will try and turn around your bike for you within a couple days of you dropping it off. If we need to order parts or send anything off site for service this might extend our time with your bike. During peak riding season we may not have drop off times immediately available, give us call if you’re interested in getting on our schedule.
Can’t wait? We have 24-hour bike service options for smaller repairs, click here to schedule a drop off!

If you ride a lot you should plan on having your bike looked at once or twice a year, typically you’ll need bigger services once you’ve put 2000 miles on your gear.
If your bike is clean and maintained you can extend the life of your components, if it isn’t clean or maintained you may need to replace parts sooner than you’d expect. It’s always best for the health of your bike to keep it clean and do preventative maintenance.

No, we don’t. But there are a few local shops in our area that do. Feel free to give us a call, we’d be happy to make recommendations based on the gear you’re trying to sell.

We will always have your gear tuned and ready to roll within a week. If you bring your skis and board in by the end-of-day Wednesday, we’ll have it back to you by Friday.
If you need anything tuned or mounted same-day or next-day give us a call to confirm we can accommodate it, we will always do our best to make sure you’re back on the mountain as soon as possible!

Depends on what you need but normally we charge shop time for boot work which is $40/15 minutes.
It’s best if we can take a look at what you might need in person, click here to schedule a boot appointment with one of our boot fitters.

For your all mountain gear you should expect to get a base grind once a year to every other year depending on how much you ride. You should wax your skis and board a few times a season, the more often they’re waxed the faster they’ll be!
