Edge & Spoke was founded as a small bike and ski shop that is absolutely dedicated to offering personal service to our customers. Every shop can offer similar products and services but how we treat our customers is what sets us apart. As we have grown over the years, we have maintained a consistent and premium service experience by only adding individuals to our team who are not only passionate and knowledgeable about cycling & skiing but who also love providing excellent customer service. Part of our character comes from the fact that we are located in a historic building in downtown Redmond and offer a physical and psychological contrast to uninspiring corporate bike stores. We are professional and work hard but we are also agile and scrappy. Sales Consultant - Accountable to Bike Sales & Service Leader/Ski Sales & Service Leader
Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Eagerly engaging with guests throughout their visit

Merchandising and organizing inventory

Consulting and advising customers on purchases

Assisting with rental operations

Completing additional training when needed

Properly utilizing communication channels and responding promptly

Lead Ski Technician - This individual would be responsible for all ski/snowboard tuning & service operations and would be accountable to the ski sales & service manager.
This position offers a flexible schedule and we want the opportunity to make the right person a competitive offer!
Responsibilities:

Maintain exceptional quality and safety standards for binding adjustment and ski tuning

Organize and manage workflow to exceed customer expectations

Maintain ski tuning equipment
-
Keep and clean and organized workspace
-
Communicate with customers and leadership using designated channels

Perform ski service and binding adjustments
-
Train and oversee other team members
Requirements:
-
Prior ski tuning experience, preferably full time
-
Ability to manage others and lead a small team

Have an unwavering commitment to safety and quality
-
30+ Hours of work availability Monday-Friday. This position does not require routine weekend availability
