Edge & Spoke Basic Service Plan

Our Basic Service Plan covers labor to change tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, or cables purchased from Edge & Spoke*. Includes unlimited derailleur and brake adjustments. Also covers 2 Full Tune-Ups per year which include all essential maintenance of the bicycle, including:

-Shifting adjustment
-Brake adjustment**
-Headset adjustment
-Light cleaning of frame & wheels
-Wheel true and tension
-Hub adjustment
-Chain inspection and lubrication
-Tire inspection and inflation
-Shift & brake cable lubrication
-Specialized Turbo firmware updates
-Full inspection and torque check of all bolts
-Comprehensive test ride by 2 mechanics

*For parts not purchased from Edge & Spoke, standard labor rates will apply.

** Brake bleeds are not covered by the Basic Service Plan.
