Service Plans

Our Basic Service Plan covers labor to change tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, or cables purchased from Edge & Spoke*. Includes unlimited derailleur and brake adjustments. Also covers 2 Full Tune-Ups per year which include all essential maintenance of the bicycle, including: -Shifting adjustment -Brake adjustment** -Headset adjustment -Light cleaning of frame & wheels -Wheel true and tension -Hub adjustment -Chain inspection and lubrication -Tire inspection and inflation -Shift & brake cable lubrication -Specialized Turbo firmware updates -Full inspection and torque check of all bolts -Comprehensive test ride by 2 mechanics *For parts not purchased from Edge & Spoke, standard labor rates will apply. ** Brake bleeds are not covered by the Basic Service Plan. ALL SERVICE PLANS PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR 3 YEARS FROM DATE OF PLAN PURCHASE - Please see additional plan details on our service plan page.

Our Pro Service Plan covers labor to change tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, or cables purchased from Edge & Spoke*. Includes unlimited derailleur and brake adjustments**. Also covers 2 Annual Tune-Ups per year which include all essential maintenance of the bicycle included in the full tune PLUS the following: -New shift/brake cables OR electronic shifting firmware updates. -Full cleaning of all drivetrain parts in a parts washer and re-assembly to factory specifications -Overhaul of bottom bracket and headset including disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and re-assembly to specifications. -Frame cleaning and polishing -Bar taping labor (excludes tape) -Brake bleed(s) *For parts not purchased from Edge & Spoke, standard labor rates will apply. **Does not include additional brake bleeds aside from those provided in the covered Annual Tune(s) ALL SERVICE PLANS PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR 3 YEARS FROM DATE OF PLAN PURCHASE - Please see our service plan page for additional details.

Our Ultimate Service Plan covers labor to change tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, or cables purchased from Edge & Spoke*. Includes unlimited derailleur and brake adjustments**. Also covers 2 Annual Tune-Ups per year which include all the essential maintenance services listed in the Pro Service Plan PLUS the following: -1 dust seal service per year (fork and shock)*** -1 full suspension overhaul per year (fork and shock), and 1 pivot service per year***. The Ultimate Service Plan provides coverage for 3 years from date of plan purchase.
